Review

Very difficult to analyze and evaluate this film without knowing the identity of Sergey Kuriokhin, which is kind of spiritual inspiration of this picture. Soviet and Russian avant-garde musician, jazz musician, composer, actor, had a unique view of life to religion. Here is just a brief that can be said about this multi-faceted personality. It is no accident that, even in the title of the movie for us mere spectators hidden mystery "Loch - Lord of water." The name is clearly twofold - on the one hand slang 90s with another premise to Japanese culture. The contrast is even more expressed in the film, where the situation is "dashing 90" compared with the reading of a Japanese poem. Without going into all the mythology of the film, the story is quite simple: engineer Gorelikov another open-house computer facilities. Suddenly, this quiet place is demolished by a gang of racketeers. Dies other bones. And then the eternal "hick" Gorelikov engages in battle with bandits. Colorful image of the character and the situation in which he finds himself, and the film's original slogan, which are full of campaign flyers in the movie "The last hope of the country" in the future will result in our kinematogrofa in the film "Brother" and "Brother 2", which will all be very clear and clear. In the meantime, we will have to solve this puzzle, but you can not fully understand it without understanding the people who created it without the knowledge of their past work without mythology on which they relied. Without this, we can say that it is but an interesting movie - the charismatic main character - with the theme of revenge for the sake of justice, which will soon become one of the most beloved in Russia and in the world cinema.

In short, the landmark films of the early 90's.

Opinion

Very moody movie.

The movie has a number of shortcomings, in terms of dynamics and some slurred in the script. The impression that the filmmakers intend to do all methods of struggle "sucker" Gorelikova bandits some implausible, but rather even comical, to immediately withdraw all claims to the status of the domestic thriller. No doubt the whole story - it's an allegory for some more profound ideas, some of which are illustrated with quotations from the epic Shii.

Everything else there is to illustrate the offset Kuryokhin as an actor and as a matter of the composer. In fact, as a "needle" with Tsoi valuable by Tsoi, and this film is valuable presence in it Kuryokhin.
